Pini Mandel – CEO

Pini brings over 10 years of entrepreneural experience, having founded successful companies such as Shilog, a leading supply chain services provider, which was established in 2004. Before establishing 3Base, he also worked as a consultant, specializing in operational and logistics management for hi-tech and industrial firms. As an experienced leader, he combines his intimate understanding of both the technical and business sides of software development.

Pini earned his B.A. in Industrial Engineering & Management and MBA degrees from Bar Ilan University.

Yossi Cohen – Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Yossi brings over 15 years of software development experience. Prior to establishing 3Base, Yossi held software development management positions at Procognia and ApoIdea, both of which were start up companies.

Yossi’s wide range of technological expertise covers front end, web based systems, database development, business logic implementation and algorithm development.

Yossi holds Bachelor degrees in Computer Science, Economics and Business Administration, and an MBA from Bar Ilan University.

Tal Weber - VP Business Development

Tal Weber has joined 3Base Group on May 2011 as Vice President of Business Development. Tal has over ten years of experience in emerging technologies / market, holding positions of both Business Development and International Channel Management. Prior to joining 3Base, Tal held a position of VP Sales and BD at Ozvision, promoting SAAS technology for remote monitoring and Video as a Service. Tal held executive positions in MATE Video Analytics and T&R International, as well as financial positions in leading Venture Capital and Private Equity funds. Mr. Weber holds a B.Sc in Finance and Economics and an MBA in Information Systems from New York Institute of Technology.

Mirly Rothstein 

Hr manager- Mirly brings 10 years of experience at human resource. She worked as a psychologist in a leading HR firm and gave service to multiple organization in the Israeli market. Beyond this, she acted as a HR manager in a high recommended cpa company and gained lots of experience in working with the ulta orthodox public. Mirly has a BA degree in Psychology and Criminology and MA in Organizational Sociology.
